We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Custom Embroidery Digitizer to join our production team in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of embroidery digitizing and be able to create clean, production-ready embroidery files for different garments, caps, patches, and promotional products.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional embroidery digitizing files from logos, images, and customer artwork
- Expertly digitize designs for Flat Embroidery, 3D Puff, Appliqué, Patches, Caps, Left Chest, Jackets, and Large Back Designs
- Work confidently in Wilcom Embroidery Studio and Tajima-compatible formats/workflows
- Set correct stitch types, stitch density, underlay, pull compensation, sequencing, trims, and color changes
- Optimize designs to reduce thread breaks, unnecessary trims, and production issues
- Digitize small lettering and detailed logos with high accuracy
- Prepare files for different fabrics and garment types
- Review and edit existing embroidery files when required
- Maintain design quality while handling a high volume of daily orders
- Deliver clean and efficient files with fast turnaround
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in Embroidery Digitizing
- Expert knowledge of Wilcom Embroidery Studio
- Good understanding of Tajima embroidery formats and production requirements
- Strong knowledge of stitch types including Satin, Tatami/Fill, Run Stitch, and 3D Puff
- Excellent understanding of Density, Underlay, Pull Compensation, Push/Pull, and Stitch Direction
- Ability to digitize difficult logos, small text, and complex artwork
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work quickly without compromising production quality
- Must be available for Full-Time On-Site work in Karachi
Portfolio Required
