Refund Policy
Customized Services
Our services, including web development, eCommerce development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, social media marketing, and content writing, are customized according to each client’s requirements.
Once work has started, payments for completed work, delivered services, or resources already used may generally not be refundable.
Advance Payments
Some projects may require an advance payment before work begins. The advance payment confirms the project and allows our team to allocate time and resources. Once substantial project work has started, the advance payment may be non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you decide to cancel a project before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund will depend on whether resources have already been allocated, third-party costs have been paid, or other project-related expenses have been incurred.
Cancellation After Work Begins
If a client cancels a project after work has started, Techware360 may retain payment for work already completed.
Any remaining refund, if applicable, will be reviewed based on the project stage, completed deliverables, time spent, and expenses incurred.
Website and Development Projects
For website, eCommerce, and development projects, refunds are not generally provided for completed or approved work.
If a project is cancelled during development, we may calculate the amount payable based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, software licenses, themes, or other purchases may not be refundable if the relevant provider does not offer a refund.
Digital Marketing and SEO Services
Digital marketing and SEO involve ongoing work and results that can be affected by factors outside our control.
Payments for completed marketing work, campaign management, content creation, SEO activities, or other services already provided are generally non-refundable.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. Therefore, a refund cannot be requested solely because expected marketing results were not achieved.
Branding and Content Services
Branding and content projects involve customized creative work. Once designs, content, concepts, or other agreed deliverables have been created, payments relating to completed work are generally non-refundable.
Where revisions are included in the agreed package, clients can request revisions according to the project terms.
Client Delays
Clients are expected to provide the information, content, approvals, and access needed to complete a project.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, or lack of approval do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Approved Work
Once a client approves a design, website feature, content, branding concept, or other deliverable, a refund may not be available for that approved work. Clients should carefully review deliverables and provide feedback before giving final approval.
Third-Party Services
Some projects may use third-party services, platforms, software, plugins, advertising platforms, hosting providers, or payment services. Techware360 cannot guarantee refunds for third-party purchases. Any refund will be subject to the refund policy of the relevant third-party provider.
Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with your project details and reason for the request. We will review each request based on the agreed scope of work, payments made, work completed, project stage, and applicable terms. Approved refunds will be processed using the available payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available when:
- The agreed work has already been completed.
- Deliverables have been approved by the client.
- The client changes their mind after work has started.
- The client fails to provide required information or feedback.
- Delays are caused by the client.
- Third-party costs have already been incurred.
- Results are affected by factors outside Techware360’s control.
- Services have already been provided or consumed.
